Print, cut, laminate and die-cut all happen in the same building. Nothing is sent out mid-job, so colour holds, lead times stay short, and there is one company answerable for the result.
Pre-press

From press sheet to carton
One printed blank, five panels, four dust flaps and two tuck ends. This is the same reverse-tuck construction we run on the Komori and finish on our own die-cutting platens — folded here at 75 × 40 × 110 mm.

On the floor
A five-colour Komori New Lithrone with an inline coater applies gloss and spot UV in the same pass as the print, so registration holds and the sheet leaves the press finished.
